Very high quality facilities with a super friendly owner, Pato, who introduced us to PickleBall. He also provided us with really good equipment for us to use both for Padel and Pickle Ball. Perfect for players of every ability.

    FAQ
    Frequently Asked Questions
Any questions? Here are the ones we get asked most. If you can't find what you're looking for, give us a call or drop us a message on social media.
    • Is The Court a members-only club or open to the general public?

No. Everyone is welcome at The Court. We are not an exclusive members-only club, and our facilities are open to the general public through Playtomic bookings.

However, our membership programmes are designed for players who want added benefits such as priority booking, reduced court rates, guest passes, and exclusive Founding Member perks.

In short, anyone can play, but Members enjoy a better experience and guaranteed access during busy times.

    • What is the difference between a Member’s price and a Guest’s price?

Members enjoy exclusive rates and privileges. When a Member books a court, they do not pay for their own share of the fee. Guests joining the Member simply cover their portion of the court rate at the standard public price. For example, if a court costs £40/hour for four players, the Member pays nothing (or a discounted rate) while each guest pays £10.

    • How does the Priority Booking system work?

All court reservations are made through our official booking partner, Playtomic. Members book via the Playtomic app or website using their registered account.

Priority booking gives Members early access before courts open to the public (public reservations open 7 days in advance):

      • PRO Members: up to 14 days in advance

      • CLUB Members: up to 10 days in advance

      • PLAY Members: up to 8 days in advance

This ensures Members can secure peak-time courts ahead of non-members, especially for evenings and weekends.

    • Are membership fees refundable if I choose to cancel?

No. Annual membership dues are non-refundable, as outlined in the Membership Terms & Conditions.

    • Are memberships transferable to another person?

No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable to ensure The Court remains a curated, private community.

    • Will there be times when court access is limited?

Yes. Certain days or times may be reserved for tournaments, events, or maintenance. Members will always receive advance notice, and alternative booking options will be provided where possible.
